This podcast has been one of the most life changing resources for me during my recovery and I can’t recommend it enough!
My train was cancelled going to meet my family for lunch today and I had a longer journey than expected. I found an amazing podcast to listen to on the way! It’s called Trauma Rewired and is very similar to everything I teach. Highly recommended!

Hey, there! I’ve been on a “Trauma Rewired” podcast binge the last 24 hours! Thank you for the work you’re doing/sharing. I’ve learned so much/will learn so much from you, I just know!
Informative Podcast. I’ve been listening to this podcast for several months. I can relate to a lot of what they discuss on the podcast. It’s also educational if you’re wanting to learn how trauma and the nervous system go together. I feel like my nerves are “fried” from my past trauma. I will continue to listen and learn. Intelligence ladies who know their stuff. Christylvoesanimals
Thank you. Thank you for this podcast you are helping me so much. For years I’ve suffered and blamed myself and added tyo my shame. But with this teaching I am understanding myself in a new way. Leading to some compassion in baby step form. Hopefully leading to healthy change. EMcGowan

What Our listeners are saying

First, there are no words or combinations thereof that could ever adequately convey the positive impact your work has had on me, but I will try nonetheless: from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I have spent my entire life bouncing around, searching for answers, for healing, and for freedom, only to hit a wall hard each time. If all the medication and therapy I sought out either made me worse or numbed me into a shell of myself—while it seemed to work for everyone else—what hope was there for me? I needed help but had no vocabulary to conceptualize, let alone ask for, what I needed. I couldn’t describe what it was like to be inside my own mind, trying and failing so utterly and inexplicably to live.
Jennifer and Elisabeth, Hello! I have recently discovered your podcast and to say I am loving it is a massive understatement. Each episode I’ve listened to has been immensely helpful and incredibly validating. You have my gratitude for life! Thank you so much for sharing your personal experiences of this difficult work and for helping me to understand what is happening in my brain and body. The education I am gaining from your podcast is truly helping me to find hope and to feel less lonely. The Trauma Rewired Retreats sounds magical. Thank you.
Life Changing Podcast. These women are truly inspiring and informative, especially when it comes to learning about trauma and how it affects the nervous system. Even if I wasn’t doing any of the work, just listening to this podcast has been life changing! The awareness they help bring is a gift, and I use it almost daily. Because of this podcast, I believe that healing my nervous system is possible, and that’s something I couldn’t say before. My hope, (and new belief), is that I will someday be able to teach others how to help heal themselves. I truly believe THIS is what can change the world, one nervous system at a time. Thank you for all that you do and please keep it up! KAMead85
