Discover how to transform patterns like the fawn response and build
stronger boundaries with practical tools you can start using immediately.
Did you know that 80% of people with autoimmune conditions are women?
While genetics play a role, societal influences, past trauma, relational patterns, and behavioral factors significantly shape the development and intensity of autoimmune symptoms. Dr. Gabor Maté’s research highlights key characteristics of those who develop autoimmune conditions, such as a strong identification with duty and role, prioritizing others’ emotional needs, poor boundaries, and emotional repression. These patterns are not merely cognitive but deeply rooted in our nervous system responses. The good news? They can be repatterned with the right tools.
Join us to understand how nervous system responses create behavioral and physiological patterns that contribute to autoimmune symptoms. Learn actionable tools to reduce inflammation, regulate emotions, set boundaries, and foster an embodied sense of safety. Through this introductory workshop, explore how working with your nervous system can decrease autoimmune intensity, build resilience, and create lasting change in your relationship with your body.
This workshop is designed for both practitioners working with women with autoimmune conditions and individuals seeking to learn neurosomatic tools for personal growth and wellness.
Who this workshop is for:
How nervous system patterns influence autoimmune symptoms and how to repattern them for improved regulation and resilience.
Practical tools to set boundaries, process emotions like anger, and address shame responses for greater emotional and physical balance.
Techniques to support embodied self-expression and reduce stress by working with your body’s natural responses.
